Today, his company manages investments for individuals, families, companies and associations.

Leon spent most of the 1990's working for TD Bank. He began his career as an Area Mortgage Manager (Ranked consistently top 5 in Canada for TD), rising to National Sales Manager for TD's Mortgage Broker Services. Leon left TD in June of 1998 to co-found the company which became Canada's first independently owned National Mortgage Brokerage (and the beginning of the "Super Broker"). In November of 2000, Leon returned to where it all began at street level, face to face with the consumer, helping people while they make one of the most important (and expensive) decisions of their lives.
